Today’s the day, folks! Apple will let macOS 27 Golden Gate out of the…gate…any…moment! Apple OS upgrade season is always an exciting time of year around here and we’re just about ready to release compatibility updates to keep things sanded, smoothed, painted, and polished. So, without further ado, here’s how our applications are holding up:
CheckBook and CheckBook Pro 3.0.3
Both applications appear to be trucking along quite a bit better than they did with the early macOS 27 Golden Gate betas. One issue that jumps out is how the Category box menus can appear extremely narrow as you type. We’ve got a fix ready to go in the forthcoming CheckBook and CheckBook Pro 3.1, due very soon.
Audiobook Builder 2.2.9
Audiobook Builder 2.2.9 also appears to be in great shape and running smoothly on macOS 27 Golden Gate. The issue with longer files Apple introduced in macOS 26 Tahoe is still present and we continue to bump our report with each minor, and now major, macOS release.
