If so, Fitness for Geeks might be a fun gift for your friend or yourself. Being published by the same company that publishes Make magazine definitely gives it some geek cred, this book looks at healthy living in the detail-oriented (and extreme) way that only a certain type of person can enjoy.
The team over at My.Mac.com wrote a detailed review of “Fitness for Geeks” this past Monday.
Looking at some of ideas in the book, the reviewer felt that some were, “… common sense, like the importance of sleep and de-stressing, while others are a little more controversial, like fasting and freezing swims.”
